　　本片是《坏小子》的续篇，故事仍发生在迈阿密。迈阿密的毒品交易于一夜之间变得异常猖獗泛滥，各个贩毒集团之间的火拼也接连不断，为了调查贩毒集团内部的重重矛盾，迈阿密警局的一对“黄金”搭档，潇洒的劳瑞（威尔?史密斯）和神叨的宾纳（马丁?劳伦斯）再度临危授命，很快，两人摸清事情的来龙去脉：一股外来的贩毒势力正在侵入迈阿密的毒品市场，为首的毒枭野心勃勃，意图控制整个美国乃至欧洲的毒品交易，建立贩毒王国。
　　警方展开行动围剿贩毒集团时，一位DEA的女卧底西德妮（盖布瑞亚?尤妮恩）被毒贩劫持，对方开出的条件是，劳瑞和宾纳必须去干违法的事，这可难倒了两人，因为漂亮的西德妮不但是宾纳的亲妹妹，还是劳瑞的情人。
